Welcome to "That's It," where food just hits right! Inspired by my nickname "Yan Yan," meaning "That's It!" in Tagalog, I bring a playful approach to pop-ups and catering that celebrate the best of Asian flavors and Italian-American classics. My pop-ups are all about exploring bold tastes, and I love creating fresh, vibrant dishes that make your taste buds sing. Whether you're planning an event or just looking for a unique culinary experience, I'm here to craft your dream menu with flavors that are sure to impress.

SOMETIMES, I DO POP UPS & SUPPER CLUBS UNDER THE NAME “THAT’S IT! with yan yan“

  • My good friend and fellow crazy Micah started shortening my name to Yan Yan and it stuck! Now it’s my catch all name for my creative endeavors, especially in food!

  • cause Yan Yan FEELS GOOD! also it means That’s It in tagolog and the repetitive nature of the sound mimics a lot of traditional filipino nick names!

  • I love all things korean food, dips, fresh salads, grilled meats, smoked fish, laab and other fresh salads, ceviches and pickles, beautiful vegetables and of course PIZZAAAAA

  • If you’d like to be on the list for next events, you can send me a lil message here.
